All of us except from Martin have enrolled in a beginners Spanish class. This will last for just under 2 weeks and involve 3 hours of teaching a day from Lorena, a languages teacher from the university. We have attended 3 days of this class so far and have a learnt a little more Spanish already. The main downside to taking the class is the day becomes very long as we are working on our project until around 2 or 3, having lunch and then attending the class from 4 until 7. We think it will be extremely useful in the long run though.
The class will culminate in a short test in the final hour of the final lesson. This will show us how much progress we have made with our Spanish. We met some people at the Spanish class who have invited us to play football with other Erasmus students every Monday. We will hopefully attend this at least a few times.
